No person shall be excluded from participation, denied any benefits, or subjected to any form of discrimination based on race, sex, religion, color, national origin, age, disability, or any other factor protected by law.
Pursuant to Washington law, Concorde does not discriminate against students or potential students on the basis of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, veteran or military status, sexual orientation, or the presence of any sensory, mental, or physical disability or the use of a trained guide dog or service animal by a person with a disability.
Any person unlawfully discriminated against, as described in ORS 345.240, may file a complaint under ORS 659A.820 with the Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor and Industries.
